  3. 3. • Who will conduct training sessions? • Who will host and moderate? • What topics are your patrons interested in? • Will you record your sessions? • Who will be in charge/take the lead role? • How will you evaluate? • How will you promote? • Will you provide handouts/resources?   6. 6. • Provide update on attendees • Create an introduction presentation to introduce speaker(s) • “be there” for presenter when: – Technology bumps – Questions arise – Gets off track – Pose questions no one is asking – Provide general assistance and support • Send out online evaluation and handouts (follow-up) – remember to use BCC:!
