Global SharePoint portal rollout at Ball Corporation - Mr. Peters oversaw training material development for
the global SharePoint portal rollout at Ball Container Corp. including the development of flash video training
courses, quick reference guides, and training delivery methods. Chris leveraged a variety of audio/video
capture technologies to produce, package, and deliver the flash video training courses for the Ball
Corporation global audience. In addition to training development and delivery, he was also responsible for

2003. They are committed to helping their clients obtain real estate financing. W. J. Bradley Company also
acquires and enhances mortgage companies in the residential mortgage sector.

Business Performance Enhancement related to business acquisition and on boarding.

Mr. Peters served as the primary Six Sigma Quality resource for the creation, analysis and improvement of
business processes related to mergers and acquisitions, partner integration, internal project collaboration,
and leadership performance. Chris documented current state and future state business processes related to
the acquisition and integration of businesses acquired by the company.

He conducted process brainstorming sessions, completed SIPOC and cross functional process diagrams,
and facilitated teams through process Value-Add and Non-Value Add exercises. Over 30% of the current
state process steps were identified as Non-Value-Adding and removed resulting in a reduction in end to end
cycle times for this process from over 20 days to approximately 14 days.

Chris trained internal and external business integration teams on the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and
techniques including multi-voting, brainstorming, affinity diagramming, SIPOC, Fishbone Diagramming, 5-
Whys. In addition, he planned and managed data collection and analysis efforts in support improvement
projects and trained internal team members on data collection techniques and tools including sampling
methods, data validation, pareto analysis, histogram analysis, and other data presentation tools.

Chris trained internal team members on the creation of project charters, project plans and work breakdown
structures in support of business initiatives and created and implemented formal project selection scorecard
systems. He trained team members how to use new project selection systems to properly scope and select

Mr. Peters applied Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to the establishment of core business processes and
performance measurements for this real estate investment start up business. He mentored leadership and
line staff on project selection and chartering tools and techniques and on the development of key
performance indicators and response plans. Chris also introduced Lean Six Sigma tools and methods for the
improvement of real estate identification, evaluation, and acquisition processes. He led improvement efforts
resulting in the reduction of real estate "evaluation" cycle time from 7 business days to 3 business days and

In addition, Chris implemented performance measurement and reporting standards and tools at the process

SANZ is a provider of Storage Area Network, Remote Sensing products and consulting solutions.

Mr. Peters conducted process baseline and improvement projects for government aerial photography field
offices in order to reduce waste and cycle time related to the collection, processing, and distribution of aerial
imagery used by government farm services agencies. Chris developed initial project charters, launched
improvement efforts and facilitated commercial and government team members through process discovery,
analysis and the elimination of non value-adding steps. He established new improved processes and
performance measurement systems resulting in a drastic reduction in the resources and cycle time required
between the collection of imagery and the final distribution of finished imagery products to commercial and
government customers.

Chris applied Lean Six Sigma tools to the technology and professional services sales process in order to
improve the alignment of company products and solutions with customer needs. He also introduced
stakeholder analysis, SIPOC, cause and effect, VOC, and process baseline methods to the internal sales
process in order to increase sales closure rates and improve the transition from solution sale to solution
implementation.

Chris trained internal sales team members on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques including group

Mr. Peters supported the development of process baselines for military service member relocation for the
Canadian government and a major US insurance company during a project to develop an online service
member relocation solution. Chris participated in new system/solution development, wrote business and

relocation solutions. During the project he also researched other various online service member relocation
planning and management solutions.

and users.

  • 3. SANZ Project Manager/Process Analyst/Trainer; 1 year, 10 months (07/2004 – 05/2006) SANZ is a provider of Storage Area Network, Remote Sensing products and consulting solutions. Mr. Peters conducted process baseline and improvement projects for government aerial photography field offices in order to reduce waste and cycle time related to the collection, processing, and distribution of aerial imagery used by government farm services agencies. Chris developed initial project charters, launched improvement efforts and facilitated commercial and government team members through process discovery, analysis and the elimination of non value-adding steps. He established new improved processes and performance measurement systems resulting in a drastic reduction in the resources and cycle time required between the collection of imagery and the final distribution of finished imagery products to commercial and government customers. Chris applied Lean Six Sigma tools to the technology and professional services sales process in order to improve the alignment of company products and solutions with customer needs. He also introduced stakeholder analysis, SIPOC, cause and effect, VOC, and process baseline methods to the internal sales process in order to increase sales closure rates and improve the transition from solution sale to solution implementation. Chris trained internal sales team members on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques including group facilitation, process brainstorming, workflow diagramming, value add - non value add determination, and cycle time collection and analysis. Chris developed, presented, and executed a formal Voice of Customer research project for a major remote sensing technology firm. W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital Corp Project Manger/Process Analyst (03/2003 - 05/2004 - see first W.J. Bradley entry for details) Right Solutions Business Analyst; 3 months (10/2002 – 01/2003) Right Solutions provides business process analysis and technology development services to a variety of industries. Mr. Peters supported the development of process baselines for military service member relocation for the Canadian government and a major US insurance company during a project to develop an online service member relocation solution. Chris participated in new system/solution development, wrote business and system use cases, and participated in the development of data dictionaries for new online service member relocation solutions. During the project he also researched other various online service member relocation planning and management solutions. Jamcracker Project Manager/Process Analyst; 2 years, 1 month (07/2000 - 10/2002) Jamcracker delivers technologies and support services supporting on-demand information service providers and users. Mr. Peters collected, analyzed and organized data into performance reports for delivery to the business and documented current and future state business processes related to customer and partner integration. He also developed and delivered technical training to internal team members, customers, and business partners Rhythms NetConnections Business Analyst/Six Sigma Black Belt; 1 year, 3 months (04/1999 - 07/2000) Rhythms NetConnections is a provider of broadband networking solutions for distributed networks and applications. They build, implement and support a nationwide DSL broadband communications network. Mr. Peters defined and documented performance reporting processes using MS Visio, mentored team members on group facilitation, planning, and decision-making methods and tools. He also planned and managed VOC efforts with the sales and customer support teams and conducted sales and business integration SIPOC and process baseline sessions as part of the effort to rollout business partner on boarding and integration processes. GE Capital Services Project Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt; 4 years, 3 months (01/1995 - 04/1999) GE Capital is a global, diversified financial services company engaged in finance, equipment management and insurance. Mr. Peters was a member of the Six Sigma Quality Team, delivered quality green belt training and mentored green belt candidates. He developed VOC (Voice Of Customer) materials and conducted VOC activities with business partners and customers. In addition, Chris compiled and presented VOC results and made recommendations for follow on improvement projects to address VOC findings.
