  2. 2. “ In just a few more years, the current homogenized “voice” of business – the sound of mission statements and brochures – will seem as contrived and artificial as the language of the 18th century French court.” <ul><li>It is the reason that really believed and not with what you intend to impose to them. </li></ul><ul><li>A more revolutionized and powerful market will be result against the business voice which are really invisible </li></ul>
  3. 3. “ Already, companies that speak in the language of the pitch, the dog-and-pony show, are no longer speaking to anyone.” <ul><li>why companies compete with each other and using a basis of success their competitors rather than what their customers says </li></ul><ul><li>companies cannot gain the trust of their customers by this time because they have ignored their customers in exchange of the profit that they intend to have and to show that they are in top of the competition </li></ul>
  4. 4. “ Companies that assume online markets are the same markets that used to watch their ads on television are kidding themselves.” <ul><li>companies are just setting on their mind that they are just in a different technology yet with the same purpose as the television. </li></ul><ul><li>online markets are more powerful than the market that trying to build by the company same as the market establish in the Industrial Age. </li></ul>

If they blow it, it could be their last chance.” <ul><li>technologies offers each one of us to have better communication in order to have a more flexible environment in our industry today </li></ul><ul><li>different way of using this form or tool for communication. </li></ul>

At them.” <ul><li>People in the market today are rarely appreciated especially those companies with bad image to market </li></ul><ul><li>if the market will be more powerful someday that can really collapse those big companies </li></ul><ul><li>really knows what the company is all about </li></ul>

They need to get a sense of humor.” <ul><li>the roots of all the actions by the company are taking themselves seriously </li></ul><ul><li>sense of humor is really appreciated by the market especially and in order to communicate with them </li></ul>
