The Leaderform portal offers a way to formulate document flows using an advanced visual interface and all the data access, workflow and monitoring tools now available for avant-garde document management .

Document composition
Document composition means the creation of textual and/or graphic models that, if required, can be integrated with variable data, so that, at the end of the process, a document flow in a suitable format that meets the needs of the final use for which the document has been selected, is obtained (mailing, filing, e-mailing, etc.).

The various modules communicate with each other by means of a data management framework that guarantees real time synchrony between all connected customers.

ModelFormulation– Composition
To make model composition easier, the interface has been designed following the principles of wysiwyg (what you see is what you get). All the main operations can be carried out just by using the mouse and the final customisation of the model is done through easy-to-use masks.
Formats processed are A4 portrait and A4 landscape (shortly available with the other more widely used printing formats).

Model Formulation – Composition
The model can be created by incorporating templates produced by external software (Word, PDF).
Inserting external templates is carried out by the simple operation of drag and drop.
In the example shown,, the model is formulated by dragging a resource from the graphic window into the Page 1 window.

Data Matching
The intuitive interface allows the data file to be loaded and then matches the label field managed by the user during creation to each field in the file (model composition).
The system automatically processes the data file content and automatically releases a report (e.g. data qty)

Document Flow Production
Once the data has been matched and the customer has previewed and approved the work, the system will automatically proceed to producing a document flow (PDF) and send it to Leaderform’s printing systems.
Workflow and
Monitoring management
The particular structure of the document flow produced allows processing to be managed in an integrated workflow system and the status can therefore be easily monitored (received, sent/delivered).
