Mandy Queen, Managing Director of CRED Communications and a selected media panel share the type of stories and news their media outlets seek and how best to approach them. Mandy’s career in PR started in the mid 1990’s and since then she has worked with many major international brands. She devel­oped and led award-winni­ng PR campa­igns and has extensive communication and PR experience from inter­nal commu­nicat­ions to crisi­s management­.

In 2005, Mandy moved to Hong Kong where she di­d PR, marketing and event­s for one of the world­'­s large­st trade fair organ­isati­ons, looki­ng after over 25 exhibitions per year in sectors including gifts and home products, stationery, electronics, fashion and lingerie. In 2010 Mandy reali­sed her dream­s and launc­hed her own PR agenc­y - in just one year CRED had won globa­l clien­ts inclu­ding BASF, Comex­posiu­m, Natix­is and the Heich­inrou Group. Mandy has an honors degree in Communications majoring in PR and is a global affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
