The technology being introduced is at the forefront of current development, some items will be implemented for the first time in the UK. The whole building is designed to be future proofed to cater for new developments.

Smart Metering for energy conservation and lifestyle trend monitoring
This a new aspect not used with smart metering before in the UK.
the idea is non intrusive
background monitoring with no
visual sensors required within a
residents living space as these
are connected to the water and
electric meters.
Following an initial set up of
calibration a resident
undertakes their daily activities
and over time a standard trend
is established.
