Why I Am Running Want to:  Increase recruitment and crossing rates across the sector  Prepare Pledge Masters for the induction process  Make sure the new brothers will be prepared to take on the responsibilities of running a chapter I Believe:  We need to be more selective in interest selection in order to increase productivity throughout the sector  We must “Teach not Haze”

Platform For Conquistadores  Emphasize importance of Interest Group Requirements  Work with interests in preparation for induction  Aim for a 2.7 GPA requirement to pledge For Pledge Masters  Implement Pledge Master Workshops to prepare Pledge Masters for their role [how to conduct all rituals]

Platform - Continued For the Induction Process  Supervise chapters to make sure process is running smoothly  Work with sector to implement helpful workshops during the induction process to prepare conquistadores for their future responsibilities  Make sure conquistadores are learning all the necessary lessons/information throughout their process Hazing  Reduce any possibility of hazing allegations towards Brothers or sector  Provide a safe learning environment for the conquistadores
