Thevision statement, when compared with the currentreality of the organization or the community, impliesthe work still needs to be accomplished. In this way, itlends credibility and motivation to the missionstatement.

  17. 17.  Get real. Define a Philosophy that will serve as a blueprint for Team Members’ behavior. Get buy-in. Make the philosophy come alive. Overcommunicate the philosophy. Put teeth into it. Install an execution strategy and feedback loop.
