    • Planing
    • Announce meeting with a rough agenda including main objectives of the meeting 4 weeks in advance , including expected arrival time (day before, same day)
    • Try to be family friendly : do not require Sunday travel, return-flight Friday afternoon should be possible
    • Ideally the meeting is well prepared e.g. via an audio conference etc. amongst key people before  update agenda
