  3. 3. • Prioritise tasks - ABCD and A1, A2 etc from an “Urgent” vs “Important” graph • Choose “non-urgent but important” tasks • Work the vital few tasks, not the trivial many • Rate your activities out of 5 • Rate improvement suggestions by the ease of implementation and the impact on the problem • Use your best time of the day wisely 2.
