  • 2. • Know your outcome for everything you do • Set your longer term goals • Write a daily “To Do” list • Make sure your goals and values are aligned • Use visual plans to excite and motivate 1. PlanYour Outcome 2
  • 3. • Prioritise tasks - ABCD and A1, A2 etc from an “Urgent” vs “Important” graph • Choose “non-urgent but important” tasks • Work the vital few tasks, not the trivial many • Rate your activities out of 5 • Rate improvement suggestions by the ease of implementation and the impact on the problem • Use your best time of the day wisely 2.   • 4. • Don’t aim for perfection • Just start - “Just Do It” • Schedule it in your diary • Set earlier deadlines • Remember that FEAR = False Expectations Appearing Real 3.Avoid Procrastination 4
  • 5. • Keep a diary • Reduce clutter & paperwork • Sort out your mess • Decide what to keep • Get a tickler file system • Handle tasks just once • Presentation & neatness counts 4. Get Organised 5
  • 6. • Believe that you have the right to decline • Be honest and upfront early • Don’t be vague or delay • Say “ThankYou” and smile • Offer an alternative (other than yourself) • Practise saying ‘No!’ with feeling and compassion 5. Simply Say “No” 6
