Guidelines for your Resume Be Clear about Career goals Stand for your greater self – put your heart in it Write from their viewpoint Think of a résumé as a marketing piece Stand out on the basis of integrity – understate and over deliver Reframe and rewrite Think of “their” pain points – connect to them Persuade , don’t try to simply inform J O B S U C C E S S .     6. Guidelines on Resume Each line is an opportunity to close the sale – marketing piece Customize your resume for each job submission (minor tweaking) Write a resume that answers not begs questions. Be a master storyteller.
