    • Prepare / review and explain the “Offer to Purchase”, contractual terms and conditions and all other relative documents and forms that specifically apply to the transaction prior to submitting the offer.
    • Provide negotiation assistance throughout the offer to purchase process to assure you the best possible deal and value on your chosen home.
    • Provide you with all executed documents related to the sale transaction in a timely manor.
    • Oversee and keep you informed of the status of any contractual contingencies essential to closing the transaction.
    • Arrange for professional structural, mechanical and pest inspections on the property and review reports and remedies for any identified problems and assist in negotiation with the seller to your satisfaction.
    • Attend and assist in a walk through inspection of the property to identify and remedy any remaining concerns prior to closing.
    • Review and explain to your satisfaction the closing/settlement statement prior to closing.
    • Attend and assist you at the closing.
    • Follow up with you after closing to make sure all services have been completed to your satisfaction.
    • Offer you an opportunity to complete an evaluation of the services provided by your Southgroup Realty sales associate.

    • Provide negotiation assistance throughout the offer to purchase process to assure you the best possible contractual conditions, price and a timely closing on your property.
    • Provide you with all executed documents related to the sale transaction in a timely manor.
    • Oversee and keep you informed of the status of any contractual contingencies essential to closing.
    • Assist in the scheduling of any relative inspections such as structural and mechanical, appraisal, buyer walk through, etc.
    • Review and explain all structural, mechanical and pest inspection reports and assist in negotiation with the buyer for remedies of any identified problems to your satisfaction.
    • Attend and assist in a walk through inspection of the property to identify and remedy any remaining concerns prior to closing.
