About
It's true -- I was a cowboy in Montana. And in no particular order also a gardener, farmer, truck driver, carpenter, mountain logger / lumberjack, heavy equipment operator and union member, prospector, physicist, miner, yoga teacher, technologist, traveler, husband, father, and grandfather. Now my attention is mostly on the last five, those and becoming a better Frederick.
Where there is light in the soul,
There is beauty in the person.
Where there is beauty in the person,
There is harmony in the home.
Where there is harmony in the home,
There is honor in the nation.
Where there is honor in the nation,
There is peace in the world.
Chinese proverb from Experience 101
