Knowing that your property is priced correctly is the most important step to take. We will input your home into the MLS:  After being entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), all local REALTORS will have direct access to your listing when searching for properties for their buyers. In addition, auto-mailers are generated to buyers every single day if the criteria of your home is a fit to what they are looking for.

We will share your listing with our extensive database of over 600 people:  Your listing will be sent to our personal database of over 600 people and ask that they reach out to anyone they may know who might be interested in purchasing your home. We will place a RE/MAX sign & information box on the property:  For Sale Sign with our direct phone number will be placed on the property with an information box for flyers. We will create beautiful, informative flyers for anyone to take as they are passing by.

We will take all calls that come into our office in reference to your property:  Unlike the traditional real estate offices where calls on your property can go to anyone in the office, RE/MAX is set up so ALL calls into our office on your property will go directly to me or Jennifer.
