The CLI TAP (Task Alignment Process) Map is a visual tool that divides tasks and projects into categories by defining them in terms or importance and criticalness. For example, a task that is highly critical and important should be done now, “Put out a fire!” A task that is defined as non-critical and not important should be delegated or eliminated. CLI recommends that tasks are written on sticky notes so they can be moved to the appropriate box as the task progresses.
