    • The Corp is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. It is entirely student-run and operates independently from Georgetown University.

    • From the baristas in the coffee shops to the company’s CEO , every Corp employee is a full-time undergraduate student .
    • Even the 4 external directors
    • of the Corp’s Board are students,
    • making the Corp unique among
    • large, student-run corporations
    • across the country .
    The Upper Management

    • It is a
    • community-oriented business designed
    • to give back
    • to the Georgetown community.
    The Corp’s mission is .

    • Today, it brings in over $4 million in sales and employs over 200 undergraduate students .
    • The Corp has operated continuously since 1972.
    History of the Corp

    • This is also unique.
    In addition to operating convenience stores, coffee shops, catering, and a summer storage service, the Corp conducts all accounting, payroll, IT, and marketing functions internally .
  • 7. the Corp “ Corpies” are not necessarily business school students, but all acquire real-world business skills through hands-on experience. It is more difficult to get into Georgetown than to get into
  • 8. Corp employees go on to work in prestigious firms & challenging service opportunities .
