Best Practices- Personal IDs:
Personal IDs are often more informative and written better than official IDs

Good: Aesthetically pleasing, full agency profile, media guide created /used, been on Twitter since Oct. 2008, conversational (33/100 @ replies!)
Bad: Not a lot of transparency, name/rank of authors missing, tweets are now at an all time low
Profile: AFPAA

Good: Excellent use of background!
Bad: Official sounding name used for personal brand, bio link goes to same Twitter page, only 5 out of 100 tweets are not RTs
