Provided technical assistance in the preparation of project proposal and assisted in the liquidation of grants 12. Reminder letters; personal follow-ups; TA in the liquidation of documents 13.     • The CDA GAWAD PARANGAL is one of the banner programs of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) . This is an award and recognition program for cooperatives, local government units, partner organizations and cooperative leaders in recognition of exem-plary performance, best practices and good governance
