CRITERIA FOR BEST PERFORMING COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT COUNCILS Eligibility criteria • Must come from the region • Existing for at least 3 years • Active for the last 3 years • With relevant cooperative development programs • Must be endorsed/ nominated by government organizations, Non- government organizations, or cooperative in the area; • Adhere to the provisions of MC for CDCs; Documentary Requirements • 3- year Development Plan; • Manual of Operation • Policies and Procedures • List of Officers • Accomplishment reports (2012-2013) • Certificate of recognition from different organizations
