Before Vaccines can be used on the public they must be testedBut even after testing, no vaccine is 100% safe or effective. Also people react differently to the vaccines, some people have adverse effects while other are protected.The FDA use computer programs and animal testing. If it passes those test then the FDA will allow it to be tested on people in a “clinical trail”. If the vaccine passes all of the trails, then the FDA will run back ground checks on the manufacturer before giving them a license. The process can take 10 years.
