Work Plan: Internal Communication<br />Communication Channels & Expectations<br />Email<br />Monthly team newsletter from TSC to include a reminder of forthcoming Deliverables & Milestones, linking to the latest items published on the website and informing the team of progress made in individual WP’s.<br />Urgent Communication<br />Subteam communication - internal to Workpackage– team emails coordinated by WP Leader. <br />Phone / Skype<br />Communication within sub teams, <br />1:1 communication<br />Video Conference <br />Team meetings: hosted by TSC unless otherwise organised<br />Subteam meetings: hosted by WP Lead participant.<br />Face to Face: <br />Quarterly team meetings to be attended by at least 1 representative of each participating organisation (participation can be by web if necessary)<br />Website:<br />Reports, publication of findings, and a running record of all communications will be hosted on the website for the team to access, which acts as frontpage for:<br />Database- to host reports and information<br />Wiki– team members to share expertise & experiences through wiki<br />
