Sending SMS using the desktop email client 1. Compose a mail and choose the recipients 2. To send the Mail as SMS mark a copy of the mail to be sent to the email id of the SMS gateway 3. Click on Send. In addition to being sent to the email box of the recipients, this mail is sent to the SMS gateway. The SMS gateway translates it to a SMS messages and sends it to the recipients mobile phone. 4. The mail arrives as an SMS on the recipients phone

Sending SMS using the web mail client 1. Compose a mail and choose the recipients 2. Specify SMS recipients from the address books and/or enter phone numbers directly 3. Select what the SMS should contain 4. Press Send. In addition to being sent as an email to the recipients, this mail is translated to an SMS and sent to the mobile phones of the recipients. 5. The mail arrives as anSMS on the recipients phone.

Set rules for receiving email messages as SMS 1. Choose the rule on which to send SMS alert 2. Choose Forward As SMS 3. Receive Email alerts on mobile

Send an email message using SMS 1. Compose the SMS message in the specified format to enable it to be send as email 2. Send the SMS to the SMS gateway 3. SMS Received as Email in the Inbox.

Common storage for the SMS and Email messages 1. Sent Items shows messages sent as email and SMS. 2. SMS messages sent as email and vice versa are stored in the mailstore and can easily be located for reference and analysis
