  3. 3. a. View the different calendars – in the flower <ul><li>In each flower, see the ‘agenda’ link in the left sidebar </li></ul>
  4. 4. a. View the different calendars – different visual options <ul><li>You can choose to view the calendar by day/week/month </li></ul>
  5. 5. a. View the different calendars – in Google <ul><li>You can also click on the Google logo – bottom right - and see the complete calendar </li></ul>
  6. 6. a. View the different calendars – more calendars in one interface <ul><li>Select which calendar(s) you want to display </li></ul>

  12. 12. c. Submit events – enter description <ul><li>In the ‘description’ field, you can add link to a web page where to find more info on the event, or a short explanatory text </li></ul>
  13. 13. c. Submit events – invite others <ul><li>Notify and invite your colleagues using the ‘add guest’ function </li></ul>
  14. 14. c. Submit events - save <ul><li>Once you’ve entered all the details, click the ‘save’ button and your event will be added to the calendar! </li></ul>
