  • 2. What is fast food? Fast food is food that is prepared and served quickly in restaurant chains. This cookery consists mainly of hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs, french fries, pizzas, sandwiches and suggests the widespread use of a variety of sauces such as mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup. This recipe was brought to North America by many German immigrants to the United States.

  • 4. Street food… Street food is ready-to-eat food or drink sold in a street or other public place, such as a market or fair, by a hawker or vendor, often from a portable stall. Food is often the same as the fast food but produced with healthier ingredients.

  • 7. The first Italian McDonald's restaurant was opened October 15,1985 in Bolzano (ended July 4, 1999). In Italy about 200 million of customers per year, about 700,000 a day are served with 406 restaurants.

The new products are available in all outlets of the Italian McDonald's fast food chain.
