    • Grammar Some basics to remember
    • Uppercase Letters
      • When writing a sentence, make sure the first letter is upper case.
      • Good:
      • Today is a good day.
      • Bad:
      • my friend likes cheese
      • Fixed: M y friend likes cheese.
    • Uppercase
      • Don’t put uppercase letters on a regular noun, verb or adjective
      • Good:
      • This is a normal sentence.
      • Bad:
      • This Sentence is not Correct.
      • Fixed: This s entence is not c orrect.
    • Uppercase
      • Don’t put uppercase letters in the middle of a word.
      • Good:
      • My mother works all day.
      • Bad:
      • Today’s luNch is fisH
      • Fixed: Today’s lu n ch is fis h .
    • Proper Nouns
      • Proper nouns (names) need to start with an uppercase letter!
      • Good:
      • My mother’s name is Kathy.
      • Bad:
      • I went to busan and saw big bang.
      • Fixed: I went to B usan and saw B ig B ang.
    • g, y, and p
      • These three letters (g, y and p) should drop below the line on your paper.
      • g p y
      • unless they are uppercase
      • G P Y
    • h and n
      • These two letters are different, one is higher than the other, please make sure you write them properly.
      • h n
    • Computer
      • These are the correct phrases:
      • I played on the computer.
      • I played computer games. I played a computer game
      • I watched cartoons on the computer.
      • I spent time on the computer.
      • I watched Hot News on the computer.
      • I watched sports on the internet .
    • Periods
      • Please remember to use a period at the end of every sentence.
      • Good: Today I went to the store. It was cold outside. Then in started to rain.
      • Bad: I went to school today We had fish for lunch It didn’t taste good.
