Tempfolio skill Directory is a new platform designed to empower temp workers (contractors) and employers to find each other. Local people looking for contract work post their profile on Tempfolio with examples of their work. They also post references, ratings, separate fees charged for each skill they offer and years of experience they have in each skill making it easy for employers to discern quickly if they are the candidate they need. Contractors may promote their Tempfolio profile through social media to help them market themselves for work. Employers may search for help using keywords, and are alerted to new contractors who come into the Tempfolio system for skills they have been seeking. Both jobs posted and contractor availability are updated weekly to keep the website completely fresh and up to date. See the power point attached.....
