    • Digital Content Capability program Designed and developed by you. What do you need right now
    • Connect, inspire, engage? 70/30 shift: We spend 70% of our preparation time in thinking what we are going to teach and only about 30% of the time in how are we going to teach it. We need to flip that equation around and spend 30% time thinking about designing learning experiences and what we want them to know and do, etc. and 70% of our time to picture the learners and try to answer some of these questions Who are these learners? What are they doing in this session? What are they hoping to have happen? What’s going on in their work/life? Then make the learning experience relevant for their success. Brilliance by Design.
    • The Engage model?Energize and focus you.Navigate content/activities to have you personally experience someaspect of what you want to learn/enhance.Generate meaning by asking you what you’ve learned and how does itmake a difference in your VET Practice/life.Apply what you have learned in the real world by allowing you topractice/apply it.Gauge and celebrate all you’ve learned to move it from short-term tolong-term memory.Extend learning to action by helping you act on your intentions/projectactions.Plus we will not confuse telling with teaching: We won’t tell you how todo a task, we will support you in how to do it and give you enough timeto practice it and set you up for success.
