    • Use Course level items where you want everyone to interact e.g. a course level forum used as a social communication tool.
    • Use Module level items for activities specific to the module content e.g. an activity requiring students to post responses and interact with each other about content to a forum. It is also possible to filter these by group in the forums settings.
    • Use Group level items where you want students to see interactions specific to their group across all modules in the course e.g. a FAQ group blog may need to be available from all modules in the course.
