Legendary Customer Service It all started in 1957 when Allen Tate, Jr. took the advice of his father and opened a small business in the growing city of Charlotte.   • Recruiting Mr. Tate continues to play an active role in the vision of our company. He also continues to be extremely active in many civic groups most especially the Regional Transportation efforts across North and South Carolina. Pat joined the Allen Tate company in 198x when Mr. Tate wanted to grow the company footprint across the Carolinas. Pat grew up in the building and real estate business and has been at the helm leading our charge for the past xx years. Pat is extremely active with the agents and leaders. You will find him at sales meetings, leadership meetings, celebrations and the like. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Leading RE and is past chair of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Phyllis joined the Allen Tate company in January 2007 when the company expanded its footprint into the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill market of North Carolina. Phyllis is a Raleigh native and grew up in the business. Her experience over the past 20 years and contribution to ATC the past 3 years, led Pat to name her Senior Vice President in January. She is responsible for all the activities of the residential company and continues to oversee the operation in the Triangle.

Referrals are inbound from our network members across the country and we can also hand select top agents for our clients needing assistance in other markets We also have a terrific corporate relocation department with business development personnel in each market. They call on local clients and third party companies to provide full service relocation services to their transferees. We have ongoing training for our relocation team which agents must qualify based on tenure and production to participate on. We match the clients with the agents who we think can best deliver an outstanding experience and who have the specific expertise requested. Our clients include more than 100 international and national companies. We work with all Third party clients including Sirva, Primacy, Weichert, GMAC, Hewitt, MI Homes and Cartus We have Full time relocation personnel in every market. With just one call to our Call Center, we can provide our clients with several choices of service providers in their area. Our ultimate goal is to "take the hassle out of homeownership and create a customer for life.“ We welcomed 778 Allen Tate Realtors to the home services realtor partner program Builder Services: Master Title Insurance produced a record 6362 title commitments and issued a record 4817 title insurance policies across the carolinas and regularly work with more than 70 real estate attorneys Allen Tate School of Real Estate educated 1540 students in 2009. HomeTrust Warranty wrote 3289 new warranties and paid 4262 claims totalling over $600,000 We have the full compliment of companies to handle all our of clients homeownership needs.
