  2. 2. Podcasting is…<br />To keep it simple, it is “audioblogging”<br />Listeners are able to download these “audioblogs” to listen to on their personal media players<br />
  3. 3. How does it work?<br />There are 3 steps:<br />Upload your audio file to the web<br />Add audio file to RSS 2.0 feed<br />A podcatcher application will read the feed and download the audio file.<br />
  4. 4. Downloading Podcast<br />This is a screencast example of downloading a podcast to an iPod from the iTunes store.<br />
  5. 5. Tips for a good podcast<br />Try to keep it short (under 30 minutes)<br />Use music<br />Write out a “script” of what you would like to cover in your podcast<br />Have fun with it!<br />
