Sermon 04.28.13John 13:30-35Love One Another
John 13:31-3231 When he was gone, Jesus said, “Now theSon of Man is glorified and God is glorified inhim. 32 If God is glorified in him, God willglorify the Son in himself, and will glorify himat once.
John 12:23-2823 Jesus replied, “The hour has come for theSon of Man to be glorified. 24 Very truly I tellyou, unless a kernel of wheat falls to theground and dies, it remains only a singleseed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. 25Anyone who loves their life will lose it, whileanyone who hates their life in this world willkeep it for eternal life. 26 Whoever serves memust follow me; and where I am, my servantalso will be. My Father will honor the one whoserves me.
John 12:23-2827 “Now my soul is troubled, and what shall Isay? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? No, itwas for this very reason I came to this hour.28 Father, glorify your name!”Then a voice came from heaven, “I haveglorified it, and will glorify it again.”
John 3:16-1716 For God so loved the world that he gave hisone and only Son, that whoever believes inhim shall not perish but have eternal life.17 For God did not send his Son into the worldto condemn the world, but to save the worldthrough him.
John 14:99 Anyone who has seen mehas seen the Father.

Romans 5:1-51 Therefore, since we have been justified throughfaith, we have peace with God through our LordJesus Christ,2 through whom we have gainedaccess by faith into this grace in which we nowstand. And we boast in the hope of the glory ofGod. 3 Not only so, but we also glory in oursufferings, because we know that sufferingproduces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope doesnot put us to shame, because God’s love hasbeen poured out into our hearts through the HolySpirit, who has been given to us.
Galatians 5:22-2622 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control.Against such things there is no law. 24 Thosewho belong to Christ Jesus have crucified theflesh with its passions and desires. 25 Sincewe live by the Spirit, let us keep in step withthe Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
