Rates <ul><li>The Bill Rate is commonly made up of the cost to employ the pharmacist: hourly pay, taxes (state/federal), workers compensation, and liability insurance. </li></ul><ul><li>Expenses are reimbursed as a pass through: mileage, hotel, meals, etc </li></ul><ul><li>All-Inclusive Rate: Some Bill Rates will include expense reimbursements </li></ul>
