  • 1. Lesson 5: The Freedom Ride
  • 2. From last lesson Explain the importance of Herbert Vere Evatt, Minnijean Brown Trickey,Rosa Parks, or Martin Luther King Jr to the broader civil rights leader. As president of the UN General Assembly, Dr Evatt, a former Australian judge and government minister, helped draft the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
