  • 2. External Relations ManagerDescription: The NST is a supporting team of AIESEC in Macedonia. Theirmission is to support both the MC and the LCs, in order to achieve the nationalgoals that we want to reach. The members in NST receive specific knowledgeand trainings on functional areas in order to make a positive impact in AIESECMacedonia.Role: The ER NST role is to support the MCVP ER&PR in achieving the bestpositioning for AIESEC in Macedonia in the external environment. Theirmission is to support both the MC and the LCs, in order to achieve the nationalgoals that we want to reach. The members in NST receive specific knowledgeand trainings on functional areas in order to make a positive impact in AIESECMacedonia.Role: The OGX NST role is to support MC VP OGX in terms of achieving performance innumers and quality of international experiences offered by AIESEC Macedonia. The NSTwill be working from operational to strategic level into developing and implementingnational campaigns and projects to help each LC grow.Timeline: 1st of September 2012 to 30th of June 2013.Positions opened: OneFunctional Area ResponsibilitiesMain areas: Main responsibilities:Strategic development - Drive AIESEC Macedonia OGX towards growth and alignment with AIESEC International strategies and initiatives - Do supply and demand analysis, DAAL files analysis, provide Good Case Practices from other countries, in terms of GCDPoProduct development - Segmentation.   • 9. Market Research Team MemberDescription: The NST is a supporting team of AIESEC in Macedonia. Theirmission is to support both the MC and the LCs, in order to achieve the nationalgoals that we want to reach. The members in NST receive specific knowledgeand trainings on functional areas in order to make a positive impact in AIESECMacedonia.Role: The Marketing NST role is to support the MC in achieving performance,through providing information that is relevant to taking strategic decisions inrelation to project planning, recruitment of new members, improving thequality of exchanges, as well as knowledge about society percepcion of AIESEC.The NST will be working on operational level in implementing the nationalmarket research campaign.Timeline: 25th of August 2012 to 30th of June 2013.Positions opened: Four positions in Skopje, two positions in Prilep, 2positions in Tetovo.Functional Area ResponsibilitiesMain areas: Main responsibilities:Focus groups & interviews - Organize two focus groups with students and one with NGOs - Recruit people with different profiles (education, ethnicity, sex, socioeconomic status) - Conduct 382 interviews with different members of the Macedonian societyAnalysis - Draft online questionnaire with closed questions and establish a coding of responses to facilitate the work of analysisMeasures of success: 60 interviews realized One focus group realized - -National Support Team responsibilities: - Translation and adaptation of materials from English to Macedonian and viceversa AIESEC in Macedonia 2012-2013 Passion | Dedication | Trust
