  2. 2. STaR Chart Information<br />The Texas STaR Chart is a measuring tool, used to plan and assess school technology and readiness. It was developed by the TEA Educational Advisory Committee and serves as an online resource tool for school campuses to integrate technology into their schools.<br />Goal: All students should be literate in technology by the 8th Grade!<br />2<br />
