Self-talk Dramatic?? Before ・ After Received guidance for the program ・ A program starting at 8:45 would be like a punishment. I’m sure perfect attendance may not be possible ･･･ Honestly, it’s an inconvenience ･･･・ How can the program be scheduled so tightly? It takes time despite my busy schedule. ・ It sounds like “very good training,” what can I lean? I’m a bit curious. ・ Now, I will do my best and become an early riser for next 3 months. ･･･ Oh, it makes me feel down （ x_x ） After the first session ・ They told me I should not interrupt others!! Why? What’s wrong?? ・ I wanted to talk about one theme more, but it seemed we skipped from one subject to another. ・ It all seemed to me that left things unfinished. ・ After all, I arrived there on time ･･･ I was relieved. Before

!! Under construction !! One month later ・ Oh! I’m a more punctual attendee than I had expected?! Early rising, it is determination that does it. ・“ Ma-ne-ha-pu, what”?? ･･･ Oh, I know. It’s Management Happenings. I desperately try to come up with any happenings on the scene at the last minute. Did I have any happenings this week??? ・ Not until I tried to be a good listener, I realized something for the first time. I was just trying to nod, but I may disturb talking ･･･ I wonder if I’m subconsciously doing this usually? ! ・ It seems everybody else is doing well without problems, but now I know they are facing various troubles and working hard through trial and error. It could be presumed but I realized this again. Not only me; I feel it’s nice. 2 months later ・“ Practical Strategy Development” and “Sense Making” helped me to find some missing pieces that I had been looking for!! We can not complete a puzzle without a variety of pieces. Looks like it would take long to complete mine but I might find the pieces quite important ･･･・ Mid-term reflection has finally taught me the true meaning of attentive listening. Now it does make sense to me. Maybe my communication was too pressing.

Self-talk Dramatic ?? Before ・ After Seems like I’ve discovered these pieces ・ Don’t assume what I should be. Free myself from my past achievements. ・ Only I create the dead end to me and also can find breakthrough from there. Need to take a different perspective if I feel it’s the dead end. ・ I don’t always need to accept everyone whole. If I try to accept somebody whole, it means I will refuse who is unacceptable. Leave them as they are, and accept every little thing that I can accept like words or behavior. ・ If I wish to be useful or available, I have “love.” Love to my subordinates is hospitality( humble stewards) . 3 months later ・ I set the alarm clock 30 mins. earlier not only on Thursdays but everyday. Sometimes I go back to sleep again, but I’m surprised I tried and did it. “ I did a good job!!” ･･･ Still I have a hard time to rise early. ・ I try to come up with “Mane-Happ” for the past week on my way to the office. Actually I did as Mr.Mizuno did, and I had more time to reflect upon myself and the team. ・ I attended the program from responsibility in the beginning, but now 　 I realize that I’m doing it out of my own will. “Maybe I can find something 　 up there.” It is like “Don Quixote” (a chain supermarket in Japan) ・“ Diversity Management”, “Leap Experience”, “Servant Leadership” ･･･ There are many hints I discover in them. That’s just what you’d expect from “Don Quixote.”!! After
