TAAP Vision & Mission: TAAP Vision: Titans Academic & Athletic Program, a proactive and progressive holistic educational environment, identifies and addresses the changing developmental and personal needs of young people as well as other high need, disadvantaged groups, empowering transformational change toward sustained self-awareness, self-sufficiency and community participation. TAAP Mission: Titans Academic & Athletic Program is dedicated to providing all youth, particularly those who are at-risk, an alternative state-of-the-art holistic developmental environment, resulting in habilitated and productive young adults who contribute to society.
