  5. 5. If you choose you can work outside of Google Docs: For example, Microsoft Word and you can UPLOAD your Word Document to Google Docs to edit and share!<br />Click on Upload and it will look like this<br />Created by Andrew Chalfin<br />

  8. 8. I am going to upload my cafeteria schedule because I know that it gets changed a lot. So now it is in a central place. I can share it with the staff easily and advise of any changes<br />Created by Andrew Chalfin<br />

  13. 13. OK NOW, Let us organize our folders!!!<br />Step 1: Right Click on My Folders<br />Step 2: Scroll over “new”<br />Step 3: Click on Folder<br />Created by Andrew Chalfin<br />
  14. 14. Just type in a name for your Folder<br />“I will type in Hempstead Documents”<br />Created by Andrew Chalfin<br />
  15. 15. Here is my new folder<br />Now I will drag some of my items to this folder and I can use the buttons on top to Share with colleagues and create subfolders to share with Specialized Departments and Grade Level Teams.<br />Created by Andrew Chalfin<br />

  18. 18. Lastly I can click on Hempstead Folder and create sharing/editing rules for either the entire folder or individual permissions<br />Notice the person icon that means folder is shared<br />Created by Andrew Chalfin<br />
