      Question: A physician in your department is working with 2 of his/her colleagues to edit a textbook on their specialty. His/her 2 colleagues are in France and California. They come to you for advice on the best way to collaborate.
      Answer:You can suggest Google Docs. The document can exist on the internet and can be edited by any of them at any time. Plus you can be added as a collaborator to assist with information needs.
    9. Scenario 2
      Question:The new residents are starting and they rely on their mobile devices. They want to know what the library has that they can access quickly from their phones.
      Answer:You can create a YouTube channel with brief tutorials on access issues and resource how to’s.
    10. Scenario 3
      Question:You have a research group that is working in India for the summer. They need assistance creating a search.
      Answer:You can use GoToMeetingto set up a session where you can see your user’s computer and they see yours. It’s the next best thing to being beside them while you teach.
    11. Benefits !

      Libraries have a new way to connect with and support their users.
