8. After looking at these pie charts I have come to the conclusion that the
most popular way to captivate the audience is though the different
diagetic and non-diagetic sounds, I can now take this information and
use it for my own film. These pie charts also tell me that the most
popular sub-genres are comedy horrors and gore, this suggests that in
our opening sequence we should try and add a little bit off gore to keep
our audience draw in right from the beginning. The results for the
questionnaires show me that the most captivating part of a horror film
is the sound, this has encouraged me too take a deeper look into what
sort of sounds would raise the tension of the film to keep the audience
intrigued.
