CREATE A FACEBOOK PAGE
How to

Before you start:
Decide on your page name
Select administrators (multiple)
Select graphics & store on your computer
Meeting times, location, and street address
Welcome statement, club contact information
Website, email, phone
Have a plan for updating and posting

Click on the “create a page” link

Drop down menu Select Non-Profit organization

You can do it even without a Facebook account, just an email address

A logo (from the Toastmasters International Brand Portal ) or a photo of your club banner are good choices

Skip this step – set up the page first so when you invite people there is something to see

About info will appear on the left side column on your page

“ Get started” page is only available when page is brand new. Invite friends option always appears here, do it after page has some content Next: Edit Page

Work through the list of options

You can set landing tab to events if you have one coming up - remember to change it back when the event is over Work through the list of options
