We know that completing a HUD contract packet is confusing.
First you have to figure out who the Asset Manager is (HINT- You can find this by clicking the Property Contacts link on HUDHomeStore.com, inputting the case number and then clicking on the link.)
Then you have to go to that Asset Manager's website to get your contract packet so you can ensure you have the correct addenda required by that Asset Manager (we know you don't want to pay another overnight fee or risk having your contract canceled.)
Then you still have to figure out how to complete the packet correctly because you know if you don't you could have to pay another overnight fee or your contract could be canceled.
HomeTelos makes it easy for you. They have a Fillable Sales Contract Tool so all you have to do is input the requested information and click save. Your contract packet is completed. Now all you have to do is print it out, get your buyer's, your managing broker's and your signatures (BLUE INK ONLY) where required and overnight it to the address on the first page of the checklist.
This presentation will help you correctly compete a HUD Sales Contract even if the Asset Manger isn't HomeTelos (please be aware the earnest money requirements for Matt Martin are different), all of HomeTelos' addenda (remember each Asset Manager has their own addenda), the correct way to complete the Lead Based Paint Addendum (applies to all Asset Managers), what is required in your prequal letter or for proof of funds for HomeTelos, the correct way to make out an earnest money check (applies to all Asset Mangers), and where to send the completed HomeTelos contract packet.
We're sure you'll find this information help on your next HUD transaction.
