Nutrimeal Shake Recipes: Try 10 of my favorite recipes based on low GI Nutrimeal shakes that I have for breakfast everyday. Add these to seasonal fruits, nuts and some organic coconut oil and you have a tasty filling breakfast meal that will not only keep you full longer but will help you to manage weight. Ideal for weight management. I have a Nutrimeal shake if ever I am in a hurry and its ideal when I am traveling. Take the meal replacement shake power, with 400 ml of chilled water, and shake in a blender for a quick easy meal. I have written down 10 recipes that you will find easy to follow as I have used season fruits and vegetables along with herbs that you can buy locally. By taking low GI or glycemic shakes or meals you will feel that you don't feel hungry so fast and hence will not feel like picking on food or snacking. When you either eat less often or in smaller quantities you will find that you will start to see your weight come off. Ideal for controlling blood sugar spikes.
