Question four Who would be the audience for your media product?
My audience.

My audience for my product would be for teenagers and young adults however it could be read by older adults. It can also be read by both genders. I have designed my magazine for this audience as I am in that target audience and can contact my target audience easily to find out information. One other reason I chose to design for this target audience is because it feels more personal as I am in that range of target audience so I can relate to this magazine edition and I will have an idea of what the target audience would want in a music magazine. People who like music in the top 40 U.K chart should buy and read this edition. I have also aimed the style of my magazine as being a pop magazine.

Why would they buy it?

People who like music in the top 40 U.K chart should buy and read this edition as it has all the latest information in it. I have also aimed the style of my magazine as being a pop magazine. People would buy this magazine to see what was happening with people in the charts and to find out the latest single and album release dates plus the latest gossip from the artists. They could also buy it to look at the fashion as the artist who are in the magazine will sometimes do a photo shoot. Advertisements will also be in the magazine. In my magazine there would be adverts for teenage/young adult items such as popular shops or soft drinks.

What/who would they watch and listen to ?

People who I aimed this at would listen to people in the charts such as Adele, Leona Lewis and Matt Cardle. The people who would buy this magazine would properly watch t.v shows such as X factor and American idol. The audience could also watch reality shows as in my magazine there are interviews and part of its content chats about other things apart from music.
