    3. How it is... In the morning, I drive from my home to the office to pick-up my new work orders for the day. It takes my about 45 minutes to get there, take the work orders and then leave for my first customer 08h00 08h45
    4. How it is... I was lucky this morning, almost no traffic jams. I arrive well in time at my first customer and start right away to fix the problem that is at hand! 08h00 08h45 10h00
    5. How it is... This was a though one, it took me 1 hour to fix this problem. Now the paperwork , and then to my next intervention. 08h00 08h45 10h00 11h00
    6. How it is... Finally, all data is filled in on the job sheet , and I got the signature from my customer. Let me quickly call Sandra in the office to say that I will be late for the next job. I was supposed to be there at 11h30 but that gives me only 10 minutes to get there... 08h00 08h45 10h00 11h00 11h20
    7. How it is... Hi Sandra, I just call you to say that I’ll be late for my next job. This one took me longer than expected. Do you give a call to the customer to report this? 08h00 08h45 10h00 11h00 11h20

I took my just over 1 hour to finish and then the paper work ... 16h25 already...I’m afraid that this was the last job for today.
