      Ingredients: ½ long cabbage,chives ,
      3 garlic, ½ onion, ginger , 1/3 cup chili powder , 3 Ts fish sauce, 3 TS glutinous rice , Salt

    • 3. 1.cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces
      2. sprinkle the salt and put about 1 hour
      3.cut onion and
      4.crush garlic and ginger
      5.rinse the cabbage and drain water.
      6. mix cabbage with glutinous rice flour, chilli powder , fish sauce, chives, onion, ginger, garlic gently

    • 15. Sea food pancake( buchingae)
      Ingredients: , spring onion or jiucai , ½ carrot, ¼ zucchini, ½ onion, 3red chilli, 1 squid, ½ cup shrimps, 1 and 1/2cup plain flour,1cup water, 1ts salt, 4Ts oil
    • 16. 1. slice all vegetable into 5 cm lengths
      2. cut squid and shrimps
      3. mix all the ingredients
      4.heat the oil in a pan
      5. pour 1 portion of mixture on the pan
      6.cook for 2-3 minutes until brown
      underneath
      7.Turn the pancake over and cook on the other side
      8.Serve hot with the dipping sauce

    • 27. Steamed egg
      Ingredients:
      2 egg,
      2Ts fish sauce, spring onion
      2/3 cup of water
    • 28. Beat together the eggs, water, fish sauce
      Chop spring onion and put into egg mixture
      Steam it about 9-10 minutes
      When it is completely cooked serve hot

    • 37. Kimchijigae
      Ingredients: kimchi, 1packet of tofu, ½ onion, 1 can tuna can, garlic, 2cup water
    • 38. 1. cut kimchi into bite size , tofu, and onion
      2. chop garlic
      3Put kimchi , tuna, onion and garlic into a pot
      4. add water (kimchi soup)
      5.boil it, after boil reduce the heat and simmer for another minute
      6.add the tofu and boil a bit more.
      7.serve hot
