    1. 1. Kimchi<br />Ingredients: ½ long cabbage,chives , <br /> 3 garlic, ½ onion, ginger , 1/3 cup chili powder , 3 Ts fish sauce, 3 TS glutinous rice , Salt<br />

    3. 3. 1.cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces<br />2. sprinkle the salt and put about 1 hour<br />3.cut onion and <br />4.crush garlic and ginger<br />5.rinse the cabbage and drain water.<br />6. mix cabbage with glutinous rice flour, chilli powder , fish sauce, chives, onion, ginger, garlic gently <br />

    15. 15. Sea food pancake( buchingae) <br />Ingredients: , spring onion or jiucai , ½ carrot, ¼ zucchini, ½ onion, 3red chilli, 1 squid, ½ cup shrimps, 1 and 1/2cup plain flour,1cup water, 1ts salt, 4Ts oil<br />
    16. 16. 1. slice all vegetable into 5 cm lengths<br />2. cut squid and shrimps <br />3. mix all the ingredients<br />4.heat the oil in a pan<br />5. pour 1 portion of mixture on the pan<br />6.cook for 2-3 minutes until brown <br /> underneath<br />7.Turn the pancake over and cook on the other side<br />8.Serve hot with the dipping sauce<br />

    27. 27. Steamed egg<br /> Ingredients: <br /> 2 egg, <br /> 2Ts fish sauce, spring onion<br /> 2/3 cup of water<br />
    28. 28. Beat together the eggs, water, fish sauce<br />Chop spring onion and put into egg mixture<br />Steam it about 9-10 minutes<br />When it is completely cooked serve hot<br />

    37. 37. Kimchijigae<br />Ingredients: kimchi, 1packet of tofu, ½ onion, 1 can tuna can, garlic, 2cup water<br />
    38. 38. 1. cut kimchi into bite size , tofu, and onion<br />2. chop garlic<br />3Put kimchi , tuna, onion and garlic into a pot<br />4. add water (kimchi soup)<br />5.boil it, after boil reduce the heat and simmer for another minute<br />6.add the tofu and boil a bit more.<br />7.serve hot <br />
