  • 11. Automated Invoice Processing 1. Invoice is scanned using KnowledgeLake Capture 2. Invoice is indexed/OCR’d using KnowledgeLake Capture 3. Invoice is released to SharePoint 4. Workflow is automatically started for Invoice approval 5. Once approved, invoice is created in SAP using integration software 6. SAP document number is assigned to invoice in SharePoint 7. SAP users now see the invoice in SAP and can access the PDF from SAP using UnifyPage 11
