  9. 11. Gained much personal & professional experience (likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses) Gained adaptable skills along the way Had an edge over other candidates (relevant scientific background & previous organising experience)
  10. 12. Must know what you want to do (sometimes comes with time & experience) Must be determined to search everywhere (newspapers, online, agencies, science pages, ask friends & family) Must be patient!
