Before and After Photos Rehabs by Cynthia Frost

Loved this pink tub . . .

but not enough to keep it!

We turned a closet into a shower

with subway tile.

The old vanity area

was upgraded with Ikea fixtures.

The kitchen was a bit dated.

Ikea cabinets,

new drywall, paint,

and appliances completed the look.

From old,

to new.

Downtown Condo, circa 1960s.We opened up this kitchen,

installed cherry cabinets

and used granite tile to cover a structural post.

The dining room

really took shape.

And the living room

completed the transformation.

The bathroom was updated

with granite and maple.

This 4-plex

was completely redone, including mechanical systems.

Drywall, paint, refinished hardwood floors,

and it took on a whole new look.

We started with this bathroom,

took it down to the studs,

and rebuilt with tile & wainscoat.

The kitchens were dark and cramped -

now open with light maple cabinets.

This alley house in south Minneapolis

became a nice little bungalow.

From utter disarray -

restored to beauty.

The old kitchen received a

very affordable make-over.

And the bathrooms

were updated as well.
