The month prior to September 1, 2014 is a transition period as you prepare for your assignment to
your faculty position in JABSOM. Please use this time to work with Dean Jerris Hedges to discuss
the faculty assignment details. ln addition, while you will remain as Chancellor during this period,
your delegated authority as Chancellor, including authority delegated by Presidential delegation

Chancellor's approval shall be vetted by the respective Vice Chancellor and routed to my office for

regarding your office staff members shall also be submitted to my office for approval. A member of
my office team will work with your team to coordinate.
During this transition period, I will continue to meet with you to discuss pending matters. An effective
